1980s Spider-man cartoon intro. Marvel as he is threatened by a giant cat!
Classic 1967 Spider-man cartoon intro.
Starcom!
OK, I admit it’s not all that great, but I figure this would cleanse the palate of so much King Arthur. Another long theme upcoming, just wait!
A funny video tribute to Knights of Justice. Maybe I should have posted this first?
Anyway, enjoy.
Makes them look sentai-ish, but, you know, they’re still American football players
King Arthur and the Knights of Justice!
This was so obviously a toy franchise show, but I never actually saw the toys being sold. I wanted the flying bad guy, Warlord Blackwing so bad and thought toys were never made. Wrong Me.
Visionaries - Knights of the Magical Light
Something weird going on in Youtube lately. The urls have been showing http://uk.youtube.com instead of http://www.youtube.com. and uk.youtube.com won’t embed via url, so I need to use the embed tag. This is useful to me, so I can make my posts look right.
Denver The Last Dinosaur
He’s my friend, and so much more.
The Snorks!
This cartoon had enough going for it to enjoy separately from the Smurfs. They were underwater sea creatures, and instead of a tiny village, it was a nice big city (apparently my have had a world that paralleled ours). Also, this toon clearly had a lead character to relate to, and just so many other kinds of Snorks compared to Smurfs. Read more here.
Defenders Of The Earth intro and outro.
Watch the credits for an interesting tidbit:since Marvel Enterprises produced the show, Stan Lee apparently helped out with the stories.
He made this too, which unfortunately doesn’t say much.
Start here!
Yes, a meta-post.
C.O.P.S. Crook- Buttons McBoomBoom
I admit, this is a bit much. Anyway, here’s a look at one of the cooler bad guys in 80s cartoons, Buttons Mcboomboom. You totally know I’m gonna steal the human-with-projectile-weapon-in-chest gimmick for one of my own characters.
C.O.P.S. toy - Highway Interceptor with Roadblock figure!
Here’s what I got hims for his birthday, Yess I doess did dooo.
C.O.P.S cartoon intro! and a Belated Happy Birthday to Franz!
